At 12th Tribe, we want you to love your look, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns for store credit within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a return.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your unworn items with original tags in the original packaging and attach the printed shipping label to the outside.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your store credit is issued.
